DO YOU GUYS MAKE BOURBON?
We get asked this a lot...and sadly, NO - but bourbon has certainly made us!

WHY BOURBON?
Well, besides the obvious (we're based out of Kentucky), we see bourbon as an icon of America and the South. In 1964, the US Congress declared bourbon as "America's Native Spirit." To be called "bourbon" a whisky spirit has to be made on America soil, and everyone knows that also means Kentucky soil. Put the American spirit on your shirt today. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possibly. When in stock, most orders typically ship within 10 business days. Made-to-order styles (most non-graphic tee styles) may require additional processing times. Please inquire about a style’s processing time if necessary.
Some exclusions may apply, but are not limited to the following: back-ordered status, orders placed during holidays, website maintenance, made-to-order styles, and weekend orders. Such delays will be promptly shipped and notified upon shipment.

Christmas holiday shipping (Nov-Dec) can take longer at times. We appreciate your patience during busy seasons!

HOW SOON WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Once your order leaves our facility, typical delivery takes 2-4 business days depending upon your location. UPS is suggested as faster shipping method.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate fee for USPS and $8 for UPS. Exclusions may include free shipping promos or international shipping rates. Orders over $50 ship for free.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email used to complete your order. Please contact us if you did not receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow at least 36 hours for any tracking updates via USPS.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Dixie Reserve is not responsible for the replacement of lost packages by the USPS, UPS, or other carriers. Such cases should be handled with the carrier by referring to the order tracking number as notified.
All lost items due to incorrect submission of a shipping address by a customer will not be replaced by Dixie Reserve. Dixie Reserve is not responsible for errors due to the customer. Lost packages will be handled on a case by case basis.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
We accept returns up to 30 days after shipment is received for full refund.
We accept returns up to 1 year after original purchase date for store credit or exchange.

Please return all items in their original condition with Return and Exchange form (DOWNLOAD) to:

Please allow up to 10 days after the return has been received for money to be refunded. Please note that the cost of shipping paid by DIXIE RESERVE will be deducted from any refunded order total.

WHAT IF A SALE HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE AN ORDER?
Unfortunately, we do not back honor sales. The benefit of ordering before a sale is that you can guarantee stock in your style.

AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, HOW DO I FIND OUT IF/WHEN IT WILL BE RESTOCKED?
If an out of stock item is currently planned to be restocked the item listing description will give an ETA.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE A GIFT CARD?
Gift cards have no expiration date, but all sales are final.

CAN I REQUEST A FREE STICKER?
No. However, all online orders are shipped with a complimentary sticker when in stock.

CAN I BE A BRAND REP?
Unfortunately, we have paused our rep program.
